TUniCorn Idea Competition
Do you have an innovative business idea and want to compete with other teams for the chance to win attractive prizes?
Then take part in the ideas competition organized by the joint Startup Service of TU Clausthal and WiReGo — the TUniCorn!
How does it work?
To participate in the competition, you must submit a project outline. The submission deadline is January 11, 2026.

All project outlines submitted on time will be evaluated by a jury. The eight best idea creators or teams will be invited to present their idea at the final event on March 5, 2026.
During the final event, the jury will select the top three ideas from the eight presentations. The TOP 3 will receive prize money.

What can you win?
1st Prize: 1,000 euros
2nd Prize: 500 euros
3rd Prize: 250 euros
Who can participate?
Eligible to participate in the “TUniCorn 2026” ideas competition are all students, staff members, and alumni of TU Clausthal as well as — for the first time this year — private individuals from the Goslar district who wish to contribute ideas for new or not yet established topics in the region.
Participation is possible either individually or as a team. Each person or team is allowed to submit only one idea.
All entries submitted by January 11, 2026 that meet the participation requirements and the guidelines for the project outline will be considered.
