You have a product idea and want to produce a first prototype? As part of the student workshop TUCreate, three institutes of TU Clausthal offer you the opportunity to realize your project ideas as prototypes in their workshops and laboratories.

At the Institute of Mechanical Engineering (IMW) you can turn your ideas into reality using rapid prototyping (3D printing) as well as a milling machine and a laser cutter.

In the electronics laboratory of the Institute of Computer Science (IFI), soldering stations and various measuring techniques are available. Various embedded systems (Arduino, Raspberry Pi) and expansion boards can also be used on site for prototypical design.

The mechanical workshop at the Institute of Welding and Separation (ISAF) offers the possibility to use MIG/MAG, TIG, E-Hand as well as WPS welding processes and lasers by appointment.

The opening hours of the individual laboratories and workshops can be found at https://www.tucreate.tu-clausthal.de/informationen-oeffnungszeiten.
