Lean Canvas
The Lean Canvas is a one-page business plan that focuses on the customer and their problems. As founders, the Lean Canvas gives you the opportunity to initially assess your business idea from a market, product, and financial perspective. At the same time, you can use the model to give third parties a quick overview of your idea. We use the Lean Canvas time and again in our startup consulting. That’s because the model can be applied not just once, but multiple times. As you move forward, you’ll most likely notice several changes to your idea. The Lean Canvas helps you track and document this progress.
Just download it and fill it out—have fun! If you have any questions, you’re always welcome to reach out to the Startup Service team.

Risk Matrix
The Risk Matrix is a tool for evaluating the individual dimensions of your business model. In addition, based on this evaluation, you can identify urgent areas requiring action and determine the next steps.
The Risk Matrix is intended to complement the Lean Canvas. The Lean Canvas represents the current state, while the Risk Matrix defines the next steps for the future. Using both models in tandem allows you to make controlled and well-informed progress and to document the further development of your business idea.
Our tip: Download this matrix along with the Lean Canvas. That way, you can work on both at the same time.

Financial Plan
The financial plan is an essential component of a business plan. We’re providing a downloadable version here that essentially includes the tools “Financing Plan,” “Profitability Plan,” and “Liquidity Plan.” It also takes into account the owner’s salary, personnel costs, depreciation, and loans.
The file is largely self-explanatory. We’ve included a step-by-step guide within the file. Additionally, each worksheet comes with its own explanation.
The Start-up Service team is also available to answer any further questions you may have. So fill out the file and send us your questions!
