If you are wondering how to find and develop a good business idea, how to secure financing for a possible business startup and, above all, how to take the first steps on this path, then you will find the right answers in our workshops.
In our workshops, we will work with you on all relevant topics from brainstorming to founding a company and will prepare you for your own path to successful entrepreneurship. Also, or perhaps especially in times of the Corona pandemic, we would like to show you additional perspectives for your professional future.
The workshops are open to all interested students, alumni (graduates of the last 5 years) and employees of the TU Clausthal.

You want to know how your pitch is received by the audience? Is it already great or not yet fully developed? - No problem, we'll hone your pitch and learn how to get better together.
In our pitch training you will develop a convincing (elevator) pitch for your start-up project. You will receive individual feedback and tips from the other participants and from us to optimize your pitch. In this way, you will learn how you and your pitch come across to others and can present your idea in a protected environment.

Here you will learn the theoretical basics and see examples of successful pitch decks. Afterwards you will test your results and get a first assessment. The pitch training will be run through in the follow-up workshop.

The cross-university in-depth theory module of the SNIC certificate program "Innovation and Startup" of the SNIC Innovationsakademie enables students to understand and differentiate between the entire process of entrepreneurial action. The focus of the respective course is on acquiring specific technical knowledge so that well-founded recommendations for action and design can be derived. This knowledge is imparted in particular in the areas of design thinking, business model canvas, law and taxes when starting up, financing options and pitch training.

Often, start-up ideas arise literally on a beer mat. We at the Gründungsservice would like to offer you something similar in this workshop. The Business Model Canvas requires a little more space than a beer mat can offer, but on the other hand it is far from a sophisticated business plan in terms of scope.
With the Business Model Canvas, a business model is comprehensively outlined in a short time. In the process, the economic interrelationships are identified and the resulting model offers an ideal starting point for further product and business development, for example, or the development of a business plan.
